Renewal

By renewing your membership, you permit the Society to process your personal details.

Refund Policy

In the event of any error in your membership subscription, please contact the Society.  Refunds will be given where appropriate at the discretion of the Society. Refunds cannot be provided for part of the membership year or if membership is cancelled.

Cancellation

Notification of cancellation of your membership must be made to the Society and received by the end of the current membership year.

Note:

From time to time both the terms and conditions and privacy policy will be updated. These will be located on the Societies website where any updates will be reflected.  No further notification of changes will be made.

 

Conference registrations

Conference registrations will not be complete until payment has been received in full.

Refund Policy

Conference registration fees will be refunded if cancellation is received within the cancellation period, less the administration charge (cancellation period and fees are specified on the conference registration form). NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS DATE.
